Horsetail
and
Nettle are plants famous for their high content
in silicon and mineral salts (calcium, magnesium, iron, potassium,
phosphorus, sulphur) and have been used for centuries to fight
rheumatic and articular pain, osteoporosis and tendonitis, helping
the absorption of calcium, the re-mineralization of bones and
cartilage and elasticity of articulation and skin.
These plants help to reintegrate silicon with possible beneficial
effects :
- Reduction of pain and inflammation of the articulation and
ligaments.
- Better elasticity of the skin (anti-wrinkles, anti-stretch
marks, anti-cellulite effect)
- Major elasticity of the blood vessel walls and a reduction
in the depositing of plaque in the arteries.
- Stimulation of the metabolism in cases of hepatic, gastro-intestinal,
nervous and immune problems (lack of appetite, sleeplessness,
tiredness, allergy)
Prof. Louis Claude Vincent, father of Bioelectronics already
recommended in the 60s to consume food with a high content
of silicon to raise the fluidity of the blood, and diminish
the electric conductivity (electric currents induced by electromagnetic
waves).
